Route: Peak Forest / Dam Dale / Peter Dale / Wheston / Tideswell Moor / Oxlow Rake / Peak Forest.

24th September - Madwoman's Walk

 

8 Miles / Grade C

Start: Nags Head Edale OL 1, SK 121 861

Route: Madwoman stones and the “five minute” crossing of Kinder Scout including Grindslow Knoll. A treat will be provided for consumption in a suitable clough !

Notes: Dogs on leads / A route amongst fine wild terrain with a surprisingly short but satisfying route across Kinder. In case of poor weather an alternative route will be prepared
